Bottle pour at The London Cider House, pours a clear bright golden with a medium white head. Aroma is dry and funky, with plenty of hay, leather and crisp apple skins. Flavour is bone dry, with plenty of barnyard funk, hay, gentle acidity, and crisp apple skins. Loads of funky, leathery depth that lingers on and on. Wonderful.

Taste is sweet, fruity, juicy apple, caramel hint, orange citrus with alittle tartness, some orchardy funk and drying bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying citric tart and tannic finish. Hazy orange gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of apple, fruity, caramel, funk. Taste is sweet, apple, juicy, fruity, orchardy, with barnyard funk, caramel hints and mellow earthy bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, drying tannic finish. Very drinkable.
