ABV: 5.5%. ✅ Cloudy light to medium yellow colour with a virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sweet apple, fruity apple, nectar, sugary apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, sugary apples, yellow apples, apple pie. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20181020]

On tap at The Stable, pours a clear golden, no head. Aroma brings out crisp red apple skins, with champagne effervescence, and oak. Flavour is somewhat metallic, with bone dry red apples, apple skins, and seltzery notes. Metallic as hell, with little depth. Not very good.

500ml bottle via Scrattings. Pours a clear deep gold, aroma presents a curious barnyard, solvent, cheese nose. Taste sees the fruit champion over such esters, with a nice dusty tannic grip and farmhouse fruity presence. Nice.

500 ml bottle whilst racking our first cider. Pours a clear deep gold, aroma has curious farmyard, sileage, digested straw. Taste carries much of this, some horseshit notes, crisp carbonation, dusty tannin, rich apple fruit. The farmyard element is a bit off-putting. Different for sure.

500ml bottle from Scrattings. Golden amber colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of solventy funky tart apple. Taste is sweetish, orchardy apple, solventy tart, fruity, leafy with leathery funk and some drying spicy tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable

500ml bottle from Scrattings. Orangey amber-gold colour, white foamy head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of twiggy apple, spice. Taste is sweet, loamy, apple, with solventy funk, and fruity, floral, some drying tannin. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, medium soft carbonation, and medium-sweet solvent funk finish. Quite drinkable.

Taste is fleshy, apple, mucky, barnyard funky, orchardy, solventy, with some tartness and drying tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart solventy apple finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle from Scrattings. Pours a clear amber with a ring of white bubbles that sticks around. Good Yarlington Mill apple fruit on the nose. Taste is beautiful, pure Yarlington Mill, with gently coarse tannins and pleasing bark shades. Yeah, likin this.

Cask @ Nottingham Beer Festival. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are a mix of ripe and unripe apples, fruits, sulphur, and has a sweet, dry and light sour finish.
