Bottle shared the is to sjogro. Hazy pale straw with some big bubbles. Dry herbal apple, chalky, dry dusty cellar, tart apple, light funk, dry wood, kiwifruit, green apple. Light tart and bitter, no sweetness. Over light bodied with soft carbonation, quite dry and watery. Ok dry and tart cider, almost Dutch style.

3/10/2019. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of dirty toffee, farmyard muck and sweet toffee apples. Medium sweetness, moderate tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, average carbonation. Finishes with some toffee sweetness which worked nicely with the tartness. Muck aside this one wasn't too bad.

3/10/2019. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours cloudy dusky pink with minimal head. Aroma of horse manure, burned plastic and freshly spread farmers field. Light sweetness with medium sour, and a slight raspberry ripple edge came through. Moderate body, slight oily etxture, above average carbonation. Tasted ok considering how bad the aroma was.

330ml bottle from stall at Malton Food Festival. Slightly hazy golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of mucky funk & vegetal notes. Taste is sweet, toffee apple, caramel, with a mucky funky note, some fruity apple, brett and almost roasty, chocolate-like hints. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry roasty nutty tart apple finish. Strange combination of flavours, but actually quite OK.
