From bottle at the brewpub in Dokkum 08.07.23 with Terje while sailing Staande Mastroute, Netherlands. Straw colour. Dense, foamy and persistent white head. Fine aroma and taste of pilsner malt, wheat, oat, biscuits, herbs and grassy hops. Good and true to style. High carbonation.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Burg Bieren, Ermelo. Dutch brewery #514.
Hazy amber with a white head. Orange aroma with star anice. Sweet taste with a dry low bitter finish. At first I didn't like the star anice that much but after a while it grew on me. Nice atypical saison.

Flesje gedeeld met Tomhendriksen. Diep donkerbruin bier met flinke schuimkraag tijdens inschenken. Aroma is houtig en karamel achtig. Smaak is rokerig en moutig. Nasmaak is rokerig en licht bitter.
