--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Almost clear pale golden, no head. Citric, leathery apple aroma. Tart with medium body and crisp mouthfeel. Citric with tart apples, leather and minerals. Distinct apple skin bitterness. Elegant and niocely drinkable.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear deepish golden, no head. Gernous aroma of sweet apples. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Straightforward apple flavour, some honey and pepper. Fairly cocentrated flavours.

Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet apples, apple, apple juice, dry, light apple rubber, manure notes. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20220215]

500ml bottle as part of a delivery from Scrattings and drunk at home. Light to mid-gold, a little hit hazy and flat. Light vinegary aroma with hints of apples. Sweet taste with a subtle sour tang nearer to the shoet finish. Very pleasant, although there's not so much to it there certainly doesn't need to be.
