BIAB at Bedford CAMRA Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Pours clear pale gold with translucent bubbles. Aroma: sweet apple, apple flesh, some candy, mild citrus. Taste: moderate sweet & light tart. Medium body with light carbonation. Quite sweet but went down easy.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Pale golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of pear, fleshy, some funk. Taste is sweet, peary, fleshy, woody, with some citric acidity and drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, slightly tart peary finish. Quite drinkable.

1/6/2023. From BIAB at the 36th Colchester Real Ale & Cider Festival. Pours clear very pale gold with a minimally bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet baked pear, wood, leather, citric notes. Moderate sweetness, medium tangy tartness. Moderate body, oily and watery, soft carbonation. Quite enjoyable.

Sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Clear pale yellow gold colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of fleshy apple, cookers, green apple. Taste is slightly tart, green apple, fleshy, mellow, with some acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Pale yellow colour, no head and aroma of apple, pear, citric, elderflower. Taste is sweetish, tangy, apple, citric, floral, elderflower, some funk, and tartness. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry tart finish. Quite drinkable.

2/6/2022. From BIAB at the 35th Colchester Real Ale & Cider Festival. Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is crisp, apple, citrus and pear, with slightly leathery and funky notes. Moderate sugary sweetness, moderate tartness and body. Oily with very soft carbonation. Dry with a tangy tartness to finish. Enjoyable.

2/6/2022. From BIAB at the 35th Colchester Real Ale & Cider Festival. Pours clear very pale gold with a bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet apple, candy, sugars, citrus, light funky edge. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Moderate body, lightly sticky, low carbonation. Sweet finish. Sweeter than I'd normally like, but quite okay.

BIAB: Poured a hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is pear, leather, tannins. Taste is bit tart, pear, tannins, leather, loads working in this one.

BIAB: Poured an unclear to murky golden with a bubble head. Aroma is musty, pears, mushy. Taste is semi-sweet, pear, tannins, fruity, bitter finish.
