75cl bottle from Ludlow Food Centre. Pours a deep amber, nice rich caramelised woody apple on the nose. Continues to taste forming a nice rich caramelised character, soft tannic presence with good raw fleshy moments. Excellent Herefordshire cider.

75cl bottle from Ludlow Food Centre. This one is called 'Fletcher's Premium Cider Medium Sweet' but since it is 6% am making the assumption that it fits in here. Appearance - deep but bright amber. Nose - sweet, ripe, stewed apple. Taste - more of the rich apple, possibly stewed. There is still a little acid though. Palate - tangy but mainly sweet and creamy in texture. Medium bodied. Overall - a little sweet for my taste, but well made.

31/12/2019. Sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers! Pours pale amber with minimal head. Aroma is dank, apple, biscuit, caramel, touch farmyard. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, average carbonation. Quite a long dry finish with a lasting tangy fruitiness. Enjoyed this.
