Cask gravity at Made Inn Ashford. Hazy dark red russet colour lasting beige head. Decent condition. Decent jammy red fruit. Strawberry jam character. Not overly hoppy or bitter. Light dryness on the finish. Just slightly sweet and jam fruit. OK.

Cask gravity dispense at Liverpool Beer Fest 2019. Amber colour, white foam head and malty aroma. Taste is fruity, malty, bready with tangy bitterness. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry bitter finish. Quite OK

15/1/2019. Cask at The Chambers, Folkestone. Pours amber brown with a small bubbly/frothy off-white head. Aroma of caramel, fruit, sweet malt and berries. Medium plus sweetness with light to moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

4.2% old london stout style. Cask gravity at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone. Black beer lasting tan head. Smooth dark chocolate flavour. Not much condition. Some black cherry flavour. Some bitterness on the finish. juicy stout. Good. Loved the chocolate and the black cherry.

Cask at the 28th Ealing Beer Festival. Pours dark amber with a lasting bubbly white head. Aroma of malt, hop, biscuit, caramel and fruit. Toward heavy sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.

4.2% cask handpull at The George Stelling Minnis. Brown bitter classic looking. Very malty. Lots of unattenuated malt. Ok condition and temperature some bitter citrus hop om the finish. Just too unattenuated. Had to leave the last gulp.

Appearance is clear and golden, with a small very clingy head. Aroma- malts, fruit hints, wet hops. Taste- bitter malt dominates, lemon pie, soft bitter fruit, watery mouthfeel.
