Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large dark brown foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of cocoa and vanilla with some nice floral coffee notes and coconut notes. Taste is also a great mix of cocoa and coconut with some superb floral coffee notes with just the right amount of residual sugar and vanilla. Body si full with a nice creamy texture and good carbonation. Impeccable pastry stout.

Can: Poured a cloudy pale yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of juicy hops notes with some citrusy hops undertones. Taste is a good mix of citrusy hops undertones with some juicy hops notes and floral undertones. Body is a bit below average for style with good carbonation. Well brewed but comes out a bit thinner then I would have liked.

On-tap: Poured a cloudy beige/yellow color ale with a small off-white foamy head. Aroma of banana and coconut with some light tropical notes. Taste is also a mix of banana with some coconut and lychee and some residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Interesting but ends up being over the top flavor wise.

Forts aromes de pamplemousse accompagnés de petites baies sauvages relevant également des accents herbacés. Liquide jaune, bien flou et complètement opaque se couvrant d’une petite mousse effervescente qui ne tient pas du tout. En bouche, c’est bien fruité avec beaucoup de pamplemousse, de légères notes herbacées de dry-hop et une finale âpre et sèche. Présence encore une fois d’intenses zestes d’agrumes. Légère amertume herbacée en finale. La corpulence est moyenne. L’âpreté de la finale est dérangeante. De moins en moins intéressé à ce genre de bière. O:7.2 V:2.75 G:5.95 C:2.0 G:12.25

A murky milky dark rosey ale with a thin pink head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of strawberry, banana pulp, light tropical fruits, light acidity, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity mix of strawberry and banana Slurpee, light acidic notes, Epsom salts, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Arômes de pamplemousse rose bien juteux dans un olfactif tout à fait agrume et bien fruité. Base maltée donnant de petits accents de pain sucré. Petite mousse effervescente et éphémère sur un liquide jaune et opaque. Entrée de bouche très sucrée et assez maltée, s’accompagnant de notes tropicales et d’agrumes et d’une finale légèrement amère et résineuse. Des notes de pamplemousse, de mangue, d’ananas. Une amertume résineuse légère qui s’accompagne de zeste d’agrumes. L’alcool donne une légère chaleur et est en général bien intégré. Bière assez typique de cette brasserie sauf pour le caractère malté sucré plus élevé. O:7.6 V:3.5 G:8.375 C:2.5 G:14.25 T:35.725
