(473ml can from Luc, thanks!) Pours opaque deep salmon/orangey pink with a thick pink-flesh head and lots of foamy lace and sediment. Aroma is quite tart fresh early season raspberries, cloudberry too, semi-ripe white peaches, touches of lemon. Flavour is again lead by tart fresh slighlty underripened raspberries, gooseberry edges, tart peach and yellow plum, grippy berry skins and a little noyaux, relatively high lactic and berry acidity for a modern smoothie. Medium-full body, thick for anything but a smoothie, with moderate carbonation. Bright and fresh and tart rather than the ripened August in Ontario vibes these fruits can give. Fun acidic smoothie; would love to see this brewed in a fresh late summer version though.

Bottle at Phill; vintage 2020
Cloud blond colour with pink hue. Nice aroma, funk and grapes (7.5). Dry and sour, aggressive, some grapes character and funky yeast.
It's ok, but very modest complexity.
