330ml bottle into schooner glass. Peppery sweet nose, even a touch of citrus. Pale amber beer with small white head. A lot of tiny bubbles rising. A bit watery. Finish is short with faint notes of caramel, pepper, lemon and lavender. Not bad, eminently drinkable.

330ml bottle into glass. Another beer from the plucky lads at Wesfarmers. Slight malt nose. Amber beer with good solid head. Mild carbonation. Spritzy light mouthfeel. Slightly smoky malt finish. Sessionable and good.

330ml bottle into glass. Another ’supermarket’ beer disguised as craft. ’Australian Beer Connoissers’ seem to be the Dr. Evil of Australian beer at the moment. On with the beer.....Nice floral hop nose. Yellow beer with lasting white head. A few bubbles. Chalky mineral mouthfeel with lemony hop notes in the finish. Nice beer made by faceless corporate types.

Pours amber with a fading head.Nose shows sweet malt with hay notes alongside floral hops with a soft fruity hint.Very similar flavours, some light malt character with more floral and spicy hops. Feels a bit lacking beyond the initial burst.Body feels a little watery.

Actually not too bad a beer. However is brewed by Coles even though you wouldn’t know it by looking at the labelling. Very shifty.

From a 330ml bottle on 11/3/2013. Pours a clear very light golden with a small head. Has a slight aroma of bready malt and a hint of citrus and honey. The flavour is relatively sweet and fruity, with a hint of caramel malt. A slight to medium hop bitterness finishing things off. A reasonable, pleasant enough APA (not English in style) but not much different to a raft of other subdued, inoffensive Aussie pales which seem to be hitting the market of late. Still, I guess one should be thankful they’re not making more abysmal pale lagers...

(Bottle). Clear amber brown with very little head. Aroma has hints of toffee, orange and seaweed. Medium light body with fine prickly carbonation. Taste is rather washed out; dark toffee foretaste with some peppery hints developing and a final modestly bitter finish. Overall it’s drinkable but bland and unexciting.

(Bottle) Clear pale gold with short-lived loose white head. Pleasant aroma - candy, apples and a hint of grass. Light body and fairly fizzy. Taste is not bad but rather simple; a refreshing somewhat citrusy start and a reasonable amount of bitterness developing to the end. Not great but easily drinkable.

(Bottle) Clear pale amber yellow with no head. Pleasant citrus aroma with hints of candy and grass. Light bodied and a little over fizzy. Initial taste is quite peasant with a balance of candy sweetness and softly citrus tang. This shifts fairly smoothly to a bitter finish, which is fairly prominent and lasting but unfortunately is rathe harsh and metallic. It’s quite respectable for a beer that seems to have been manufactured for a chain of liquor stores, but it lacks real class.
