Hey there! We're Offshoot Beer Co. from your friends at The Bruery. Offshoot is the Bruers' playground, where we dive deep into the world of hop-forward beers. While we could definitely geek out on the intricacies of making these beers, we'd rather just open a cold one and...Relax.

What is Offshoot?

Years ago our founder Patrick Rue made a promise to NEVER brew an IPA. As time went on, our adventurous Bruers KNEW they could make world class hop-forward beers, so Offshoot was born as an offshoot of The Bruery, all while keeping Patrick's promise that The Bruery would NEVER make an IPA.

Can from jbruner many thanks. Darker golden orange pour and sudsy head. Nose is quite tropical. Tastes of pineapple, mango, grass, celery salt, touch of green tea. Medium bodied.

Lemon zest, vanilla nose. Clear amber, medium head. Lemon zest, lilly, plastic overtones. Medium body, easy carbonation.

440ml can at Battle of Bull, Cheras, Malaysia. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, mineral, light orange citrus, light floral, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

On tap. Pours a clear golden hue with a medium white head. A very perfume and citrus filled nose. Clear, clean, very flavorful, lots of citrus, toast, a big resin bite.

On tap. Pours a hazy orange hue with a large white head. Sweet, citrus and vanilla. Soft, lots of tropical notes, citrus, oranges, mango, vanilla. Solid.

On tap. Pours a murky, slightly brown yellow. Pulpy orange and lemon aroma. Citrus flavors as well, with orange, grapefruit, and a lasting lemon note, plus some pine and herbal hoppiness. The lemony flavor makes this a bit more interesting.
