Keg at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, 11/02/24. Unclear orange with an off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is dusty fruits, light honey, herb, musty wood. Taste comprises light sugars, herb, subtle enough honey base, floral, honeydew melon, hedgerow, woodruff. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough easy drinker.

Tap at moeder lambic fountain. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a a fine off white head. Aroma is semi sweet. Earthy honey, wheat, plastic, pollen. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, light wheat, pollen, straw, mellow floral honey, meadow,. Palate is semi sweet, crisp, highish carbonation. Airy, pleasant.

33cl bottle from a trade with JefVerstraete. A hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of pale malt, some glue, yeast. Taste of strong pale malt, yeast, hints of banana, spicy bitterness.

Flaska från No Science Webshop. Disig gul vätska med ett gigantiskt högt vitt stabilt skum. Doft av örter, gräs, grön banan, päron, brett. Lätt fruktig sötma men den klingar snart bort och kvar är en riktigt torr, kripig brettig pale ale. Vitt bröd, örter, gräs, jordkällare, frukt, färskt trä.
