El 28 de abril de 2001 nace en Tenerife ‘TACOA’ con una misión clara: elaborar nuestra propia cerveza de manera artesanal. TACOA, nos hemos consolidado como una de las principales marcas por nuestra dilatada experiencia gracias a ser la microcervecería más antigua de Canarias y la segunda a nivel nacional.

17/07/2018 - tasting glass @Tacoa. Hazy dark brown, medium light tanned head. Nose is dark malts, bit roasted, bready, bit candi sugar. Taste is soft roasted malts, candi sugar, hint of fruit. Nice

17/07/2018 - tasting glass @Tacoa. Hazy copper, nice white head. Nose is matls, honey. Taste is mailts, honey, herbal touch, bit sweet. Basic but nice and herbs gives it some original touch.

17/07/2018 - tasting glass @Tacoa. Cloudy golden, medium white head. Nose is thin some hops, yeast. Taste is some hops, yeast, nasty sour touch, infected or not well elaborated. Least of their beers.

Bottle, nine months before bbd. Pours hazy dark brown, with a small creamy head. Aroma is dark roasted malts with bread, coffee and leather. Medium body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is roasted malts with grains, coffee, kandi and fruity notes.

Bottle from a colleague and drunk at home. Dark ruby colour lasting beige head. Malty aroma and flavour. Light carbonation. Fruity dark fruits dark malts. Better than i was expecting. An ok bock.

Lukt: Kjeller og krydder.
Utseende: Mørk brun.
Skum/kullsyre: Lite skum.
Smak: Røsta malt, krydder og kjeller.
Hvor: Lokal samling på Bryne.

Bottled. Orange colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is mild floral, metallic some wooden spruce like notes. Flavour is metallic, some toffee, mild strange sweetish sour notes. Not totally ok.

Bottle shared with Sarah at the down under caps and taps, Fuertaventra. A light hazed guy hazed burnt orange amber coloured pour with a lasting beige head. Aroma is brown bready malts, orange rind and apricot,. Flavour is composed of lightly toasted malts, nutty, grassy orange and peach melba, little yeast bite. Palate is medium light bodied, frothy carbonation. Dusty. Not bad.

Bottled (thanks to my parents!). Copper colour, small head. Aroma is honey and quite a mess of herbs, grians and some grainy notes. Flavour is grainy herbal and some honey. Rather messy... Very much yeast in after taste.
