Here?s yet another Brazilian sweet lager. Drink it cold or don?t drink it. Maybe the latter.

Amber, balanced 90s type ipa with piney hops, medium bitterness and a good sweetness in the finish. Well made.

Bottle from Emporio Itaim. Dark brown color, hazed, it boasts some fizzling brownish foams wich quickly fades away, no lacing. Aroma is chocolate nevertheless, some toasted malts follows backed by a citrusy tone which makes it fairly palatable, although fizzy on the tongue and muddy on the finish. Strangely thin body, a bit of alcohol kicks in in the finish, good for desserts indeed but unexpectedly light, disappointing.

Slightly aged sample Small white head over faintly hazy orange-golden beer. Oxydation, sweet malts, corn, even cornsyrup, cornflakes. Sweetish grain, again corn. Faint acidity, only due to the carbonation (even when that isn't very heavy itself). Light body. Faintly slick and undercarbonated in the end. I'm sure it's better on the Brazilian beach in the sun, fresh. Txs to Stef!

22/X/16 - 600ml bottle @ home, BB: 5/VIII/16 (2016-1237) Thanks to Thomas and Annelies for the bottle!

Little cloudy blond to orange beer, big creamy off-white head, very stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of cinnamon, bit sweet, fruity, quite some almonds, cookie dough, bit sugary. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: lots and lots of cinnamon, bit sourish, fruity, sweet touch. Aftertaste: more cinnamon, bit sugary, almonds, yeast, sweet. Meh...

Inverno 2015. Bottle from Eisenbahn. Dark brown. Sweet brown sugars and dark fruity malts. Decent bock character with the dark sugars and fruity complexity.

Dark yellow color, hazed, big white head. Neutral nose. Aroma of wheat and spices, cinnamon, orange zest. Almond in the finish. Sweetish taste. Medium body, carbonated, long dry spicy finish. Interesting and quite good.

60 cl bottle, bb 10.04.2015, 6.0%. Light amber color, slightly hazed. short offwhite head. Fresh nose. Aroma is citrusy with a "wild fermentation" thing, making it quite raw. Light malts, caramel, sugar, a vague vanilla with a whiskey leftover. Floral and bittering hops, taste moderately bitter, the feel is bittersweet. Highly carbonated, fizzy, needs a vigorous pour to make it less fizzy as english ales usually are. Slick texture, alcoholic finish, feels a lot heavier than 6.

65 cl bottle from a marked in SP, 18 R$ (6€). Dark brown to coca-cola color, big creamy beige-brownish head. Quiet nose, roasted things. Aroma: roasted malts, caramel, toffee, nuts. Taste sweetish, some faint hoppy bitterness in the finish. Medium bodied, dusty texture, earthy and spicy finish with liquor notes. Fits quite well in the style, still being a powered dunkel rather than a real bock.
