Bottle split at the pre GBBF Shindig '18, thanks, 04/08/18. Hazed golden amber with a decent egg shell white covering. Nose is earthy fruits, dusty, bitter orange, light fart. Taste comprises tangy fruit esters, spice, caramel, toasted grains. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. So very so.

[ As Kissingate Black Cherry Mild 'En Plus' ].
ABV: 7.0%. Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, cherry, sweet cherry - sugary cherry. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, cherry, roasted, chocolate, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask hand pull at GBBF 2018. It pours near black with a decent tan head. The aroma is sweet, real cherry, cherry pie, oily, molasses, earthy, chewy malt and smooth roast. The taste is slick, oily, chewy, crazy sweet, kirsch, cherry pie, treacle, boozy hit, sweet roast and oiliness. Medium body, fine carbonation and oiliness. Slick and sweet. Heavy sweet, but fun.

GBBF Day 2. Cask. Almost opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Smooth dry palate, modest fine carbonation. Smooth dark malts, dry and a little sweet. Sweet cherry alongside, slighty artificial. Dry finish. Mild Kirsch Torte vibe here. Good fun.

Cask at GBBF 2018, Olympia, London. A black coloured pour with a small off white head on top. Sweet, cherry aroma. Tastes similar, pretty sweet, cherries, some caramel and chocolate. This one grew on me, quite rich and sweet though.

Bottle shared at Chris and Ruth shindig 04/08/2018. Many thanks. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a a lively frothy white head. Aroma is wheat. Bretty infection, grape, orval, dirty grains. Flavour is composed of nutty malts, raisin, mild infection, banana notes. Palate is semi sweet, frorhy carbonation. Creamy. Meh.

ABV: 5.8%. Cloudy medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, sweet malt, flowers, perfume. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, flowers. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180804]

Bottle at Chriso. It pours hazy amber with a medium foamy white head. The aroma is sweet, oily, doughy white bread, candy, biscuit and sponge cake. The taste is sweet, bitter, boiled sweets, jelly babies, biscuit, spicy and sponge cake with a dry finish. Medium body and high, foamy carbonation. Quite sweet and candyish.
