(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours moderately hazy bright gold with an average white head and some lace. Aroma of peach candy, pale stone fruit, fresh pineapple, coconut milk and even a hint of vanilla, surprisingly creamy yellow fruit vibes here. Flavour is off-dry up front with a light wheat-like cereal body framing pineapple, white peach, soft lemon zest, some subtle flowers and a hint of coconut. Finish is dry, a bit mineral, almost no bitterness, some lime peel and flowers and lingering pit fruit into the aftertaste. Light body, oily to watery, quite soft carbonation. Fun hop profile here, kind of on the light side overall and felt more like an APA to me but made a great afternoon beverage. Felt like the other hops highlighted an atypical side of Citra.

(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours quite hazy deep gold with a small white head and some lace. Aroma of ripe pit fruit, melon, papaya, citrus peels, fresh conifer needles, touch of dank. Flavour is a little lighter than the nose and much drier, with papaya and orange/grapefruit peels along with fresh grass being the dominant notes, wheat-like cereals, low resinous bitterness, lightly fruity yeast, dry finish with grassy wet hop notes and a light minerality. Light to medium bodied, softly carbonated. Good one for being a fully local IPA, which is hard to do at this latitude! Enjoyable dinner beer.

(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours opaque creamy yellow-gold with a tight white head and some lace. Aroma of dank juicy mango, canned pineapple, peach, floral lychee and tropical notes from Galaxy, hint of leafy piney dank Mosaic vibes. Flavour is lightly sweet and juicy, subtle malt, peach and pineapple preserves, lots of pale but fruity mango, floral 'red' tropicals and citrusy stuff from the Galaxy forming the backbone, pretty subtle creamy yeast, lightly bitter resinous finish with minimal hop burn. Light to moderate oaty body with creamy carbonation. Really nice fresh fruity NEIPA with good balance, enjoyed both batches of this one I've tried.

(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours hazy deep yellow with a small white head and a little lace. Notes of bright herbal grassy hops with dried flowers, soft citrus peels, fresh leaves, slightly peppery with a little undertone of tropical fruit, malt body is relatively neutral with some sweetish pale sugary hits and there are some fruity esters to round out the more noble hops. FInish is quite dry, mineral, moderately bitter, with a definite noble hop on steroids vibe. Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Not a hop that I typically gravitate to as the star but Loral is punchier in Cryo form. Solid pizza brew.

(473ml can from L'Axe du Malt, Quebec City) Pours near opaque deep gold with a thick white head but no lace. Aroma of dank mango, pineapple, coconut, soft melon, leafy piney vibes too, sweet and juicy with a little malt, light tones of yeast. Flavour is semi-dry and lightly juicy, notes of navel orange, mango, lime peel, light coconut, leafy vibes, rather crisp and mineral, with a little wheaty crispness to the malt. Finishes quite dry with a little softly peppery leafy hop bitterness and some tropical/coconut. Light to medium body, soft carb, a bit creamy. Nice semi-juicy haze can, with some pungent Citra mixing with softer NZ notes and a hint of Sabro-type vibes desipte it not being there. Refreshing and well made.
