The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Moderately sweet with balanced flavors of birthday cake and carrot cake followed by a mild bitterness.

Turbid white golden color. The nose is outstanding, citrus, lime, lychee with a swee dank and juicy nose bu the hop character is outstanding. The palate is light juicy and brimming with hop character. I mean this can compete with any brewery in the world

Tap at the 2025 Beer Expo. Golden. Nose is grapefruit, some agave, hints of tequila, malty biscuits. Flavor of sweet grapefruit, light tequila, nice balance, tart overall, creamy body.

Got that taste that I don’t know what it is that you get in these beers. So basically I don’t know if it’s at all authentic; but I do know that it’s a decent drop

Light plum. Drinkable and nice but not super exciting. But that’s probably the point.

Deep golden color. Nice bready malt and grassy hops with hints of lemon. Soft carbonation medium bitterness, excellent malt and hop character. Damn this is better than the regular kolsch. For people who don’t like the style this beer will change your mind

lots of guava, tropical fruit and lime notes. Nice biscuity malty backbone. Super well balanced and bitter. Another home run ipa from TDM

Lovely fruity bitterness. Something slightly dank. Not hint of New England. Pine. Lovely!

medium golden color. Lemon, lime and buscuit malt character. Very earthy but with firm bitterness this is much more towards an English pale ale vs American pale ale. Very nice malt backbone but drinks more than 4.5%. Well made but not really my thing.

Nice stuff. Easy going. Slightly herbal perhaps. Taste that I can’t put my finger on. Little bit of creaminess.
