Tap at iBrew Shimbashi. Very crisp, dry, and lean. Mineral flavors, with grapefruit and crackery malt. Light strawberry notes. Almost reaching into brut territory with its dryness.

Two pints at the brewery. Lightly hazy gold with orange. Bright citrus hop nose, honey, grapefruit, papaya. Sweet malt flavor with tropical fruits and citrus. Spicy, peppery finish is dry. Crisp, zippy, really hides the alcohol. Lovely stuff.

Tap at the brewery. Clear orange-golden color with a low head. Nose of stewed stone fruit, bready malt, oranges, light tropical fruit and grape. Crisp and fruity flavor, kind of stewed fruit, citrus, move stone and tropical. Oily and smooth. Rather low carbonation.

Cloudy golden amber color. Frothy white head. Lemon and citrusy nose that is slightly sweet with some crackery malt. Excellent mouthfeel, low carbonation, fairly dry for the style, firm crackery malt backbone, low medium bitterness, nice citrusy notes and doesn’t quit have the juiciness I hope for. I like this but feels the hops are a bit restrained.

Tap at Komachi. Golden orange, clear. Tropical fruit and honey malt nose. Lemon, grapefruit too. Malty, smooth, grapefruit and tropical fruit. Soft malts. Not super unique, but absolutely no edges, smooth, balanced and great.

Tap at Komachi. Lightly hazy golden orange. Citrus nose is big, seems like Citra. grapefruit, crackery malt. Crisp, smooth, prickly. Great citrus and a bit dank. Prickly finish. Lovely.

Nice dry nose with slight undertones of brownies, chocolate chip cookies, snuff and a touch of oranges. Off dry, good brownies and orange character. A touch sweeter on the palate than I wanted. Full bodied not too bitter or acidic. Nice but doesn’t blow me away

Fairly malt centric with some spicy hops. Well made but don’t love the hop.
