Tap @ TDM 1874 Aoyama. Pours somewhat creamy golden, some white foam on the top. Nose is fresh and fruity, hints of tropics and some herbal bitterness. Tastes nicely hoppy, fruity and well balanced with the medium body. Decent pint material (had a pint and was happy with that), can session this easily. Light hoppy bitter linger in the finish.

Tap @ Beer Boy, Nakameguro. Went for a full pint of this as my first beer - and did not regret. Clear golden with some white foam on top. Looking solid. Nose is fresh, fruity but mainly having good hop sparks flying around. Super well balanced in taste, feels dry and not heavy at all regardless of its quite hefty malt bill and decent abv. Smooth and has great hop bite, dry and dangerously drinkable. Awesome beer.

slightly sweet with very fragrant nose of tropical fruit, pine, mint. Full body big malty backbone with tons of bitterness. Really well balanced. The over ripe mangoes just shine. Good alpha acidity. Fucking awesome big maltier iipa

Tap at the brewpub. Clear golden orange with a low, thick head. Citrus, mint, minerals in the nose. More malt in the mouth, minty, herbal, citrus, sweaty in a clean way, some pine. Fun and unique, quite bitter.

Pitch black color. Big chocolates nose with tons of dry dog food, tobacco and chcOclate. Light dry and slightly acrid. A benchmark for brown porter. Amazing and tweaked since a year ago

golden color. Frothy white head .a bit dank overripe fruit in the nose. Very low carbonation rounded mouth feel but much more malt focused compared to other IPAs from tdm. Still decent bitterness. Pink grape fruit and pine shine. Nice biscuit maltiness. Very clean and balanced as are all tdm beers. Modest bitterness. Nice

pale golden color. Frothy white head. Sweet tangerine and candied apricots in the nose. Surprised how sweet this is. Oh wow, this is more like eating liquid candy with some bitterness than beer. The hops shine so nicely against a surprisingly sweet rich malty backbone, muscat tangerines apricots cherries. Wow a true melange if various fruit. This rocks

Tap at Koumin. Copper colored with light haze and a thick low head. Spicy hop nose, grapefruit, minerals, reminds me of Simcoe. Nice grapefruit / orange flavor, light tropical notes. Minerals and spices. Medium sweet. Light, with nice carbonation and well balanced. Dig it.

Tap at Komachi. Clear golden with a low head. Nose is minerally citrus, grapefruit mostly, some dryish stone fruit. Rich citrus flavor, snappy crackery malt, a bit of soft, ripe tropical fruit flavor. Nice sweetness in the middle palate then finished dry and crisp. Lovely fruit, rich, crisp malt. Great.

One Hop Pale - Comet 5.8% This copper colored pale ale has a nice light beige head and a big fruity aroma that gives me a semi-tropical prickly pear in the aroma - it smells great. Medium bodied with a bit of a pithy citrus rind in the aftertaste. The taste is a bit more bitter featuring fruit (citrus) rinds, kind of like the basis for a limoncello or something. This is really taste and I’m guessing part of a single hop series I didn’t know TDM 1874 was doing. Maybe they just started it?
