Yummy. Nice fruity bitterness. Malty after. Touch of brown bread. Very enjoyable.

Tap at Komachi. PRety, pale pastel gold. Nice citrus nose, what crackers. Crisp lemon and various Japanese citrus, which blend together nicely. Very salty, maybe just a bit too much, but refreshing and good.

Tap at Keyaki, Spring 2019. Second batch I think. Juicy nose of pineapple, mango, papaya. Cloudy pale yellow. Muddy. A bit sweet but with nice tartness from the hops. huge tropical fruit flavor, some pine, grapefruit. Light and slick with low carbonation.

Tap at Keyaki, Spring 2019. Orange-golden color with a bit of haze. Tropical fruits in the nose, with oranges. Sweet and fruity flavor, some bubble gum notes. soft, light, tasty stuff.

Tap at Keyaki, Spring 2019. Rich coffee nose, some chocolate. Very creamy flavor, coffee, chocolate, really balanced. Light body. Good stuff.

deep golden color. Frothy white head. Smells like tropical fruit candy with bready notes in the nose. So sweet and dank. It’s bad ass. Medium full body, excellent. Crackery malt backbone, low carbonation. Tons of over rip mangos, citrus and a touch of mint on the palate. Biting hops. A touch sweet but pulled back by the hops. Wow. It’s so hard to judge, but amazing.
