Tap at Keyaki, Spring 2019. Rich coffee nose, some chocolate. Very creamy flavor, coffee, chocolate, really balanced. Light body. Good stuff.

deep golden color. Frothy white head. Smells like tropical fruit candy with bready notes in the nose. So sweet and dank. It’s bad ass. Medium full body, excellent. Crackery malt backbone, low carbonation. Tons of over rip mangos, citrus and a touch of mint on the palate. Biting hops. A touch sweet but pulled back by the hops. Wow. It’s so hard to judge, but amazing.

Tap @ iBREW Shimbashi. Clear golden pour with some white foam on the top. Beautiful attractive soft fruity nose, hunting some hops but delivers the sensation in a very balanced way. Clean hoppy body, dry, with some sweet fruity malt base in the background. Hight drinkable but still has good balance and character. Tasty.

Clear golden color. Frothy white head. Very clean nose, grassy, citrus and boiled oat notes. Excellent crisp hop character, very clean, love the hop character works so well in this beer. Sharp crisp bitter finish with this grassy earthiness lingering. Love this. One of the best examples I’ve had in the new world. Perfect for Tokyo summer. Damn this is good

On tap in Saitama. Pours a hazy orange hue, almost amber, with a medium white head. A nice soft tropical nose. Smooth, pulp notes, some light mango, small bitterness, bready malts. Very nice, authentic to style.

light notes with tons of green pepper, roasted malt, excellent depth with the coffee but thought the acidity could be a bit higher and a bit more bitter. Other people whom I was with loved this, but if it is a lighter body breakfast stout, I want more acidity.

Clear golden, some white foam on the top. Nose is piney, light fruits, marmalade,clean. Taste is clean, hoppy, light marmalade but super well balanced, easy to drink. Good grassy bitterness, oily piney body. Tastes much lighter than it actually is. Quaffable but dangerous, sell balanced and too drinkable.

Draft at Craft House, Kyoto. Clear golden orange with an off white head. Aroma of orange peel, tangerine, citrus and malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
