Draft US Pint in the Mexican bar/restaurant next to my hotel in Seattle on both the 10th and 11th of August 2025. I really liked it, hench the double rate! Slightly hazed amber body, off-white head. Reminded me of Alaskan Amber and nights in the Alt Stadt (Dusseldorf). Malty brew with a decent depth and flavour of caramel and toffee notes tempered with a hop bitterness for a bit of balance.

Draft pour pint at Mac and Jack's, Redmond. Clean and shiny golden appearance. Thin head and as far from haze as an IPA can get. Biting citrus bitter. Citrus fruit forward aroma. Crisp first sip, but has a somewhat melon and citrus juicy followup. Quite a bitter palate with this. Intense bite in an otherwise lighter side IPA. A lot going on with this one. Unique and enjoyable.

Hazy pale, light fruit, mellow bitterness, decent malts. It'�s not bad, easy to drink.

12 oz. can, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out a fresh herbal hop character with a bready malt base. Flavour is dry, with gentle herbal hops, bready malt, and light vegetal notes. Nothing special here but nothing wrong with it.

Draught at Growlers: pours amber with white head. Aroma is caramel, slightly earthy. A little sweet. Low bitterness.

12 oz can from a 6 pack picked up at the local grocery. Nice to see this classic local brewery coming up with some new brews lately. Mostly clean golden appearance. Plenty of loose foam. Grassy grain nose, onion hops, earthy. Cool flavor, soft citrus, earthy balance. Easy drinking IPA. Nice brew.
