Tap at Sandlot - clear amber - unmistakable nose of moderate beechwood smoke and moderate sweetness - simple, but not to a fault - allows the smoked malt to be showcased - creamy mouthfeel - flavor is also simple but effective - moderate caramel and semi-rich malts - moderate campfire smokiness - finish of wood and some bitterness that is a bit too high - overall solid.rauch.

Great American Beer Festival 2012. This was actually not so bad, I didn’t know it was a Molson product. Sweet with caramel and malt and fairly thick palate. Solid doppelbock.

Tap @ Coors Field. I was told this was called "Belgian Farmhouse Red." I think this is the right entry. Pours a bit hazy, amber red appearance with a cream colored head. Somewhat estery, tart fruity, light barnyard, straw aroma. Kind of a weird, tart, almost grape/berry-like fruity quality in the flavor with some odd herbal bitterness and herbal notes. A bit hard to stomach a pint.

Draft at Sandlot Brewery, Coors Field. Brown body with a short, white head. Biscuit aroma with hints of lemon, Vitamin B, citrus. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, chewy texture and moderate carbonation. Earthy tastes with some raw grain left on the tongue. Just OK.
