Bottle shared in Gabrovo - picked up at Kanaal. Pours cloudy gold with a small, foamy white head. Crisp wheat in the nose, some bergamot, lemon peel. Light-medium sweet flavour with soft rindy bitterness, more lemon peel, crispy wheat bread, mild tea accents. Light bodied with active, massaging carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, with further tea-like character, more lemon peel, straw. Fun stuff overall.

Bottle a tasting the flat in Gabrovo - sourced from Nosferatu in Sofia. Pours lightly hazy orange-gold with a foamy, white head. The aroma holds juicy tropical fruits, nips of bready pale malts, oranges, caramel. Medium sweet flavour with notes of peach, papaya and mango, juicy citrus, further bread and slight caramel, mild rindy bitterness. Medium to full bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Finishes a little sticky sweet, with more ripe and juicy tropical fruits, some oily pine, low bitterness, white grape, lingering peach. Fun stuff.

Bottle at Kanaal - Sofia. Pours unclear caramel-orange with a small, creamy topping. The aroma has a lot of vanilla and marzipan, suggestions of chocolate. Medium to heavy sweet flavour, more oily and chewy marzipan, white chocolate, milky coffee, espresso. Full bodied, oily and chewy, with fine carbonation. Sticky sweet finish, lightly warming, with more smooth and creamy coffee character, more marzipan, touches of citrus, maybe berries, vanilla. It's something of a novelty, but it's well executed.

Bottle at Nosferatu / Sofia. Pours mostly clear gold, effervescent, with plenty of sediment, and a tight, creamy white head. The aroma holds citrus rind, pine needles, dry pale malts. Light sweet flavour with with notes of peach, melon, mild bitter lemon rind, more crispy pale malts. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Nicley balanced finish, more nips of peach, tangerine, melon, relaxed bitterness. Very drinkable SIPA.

Draught @ 9th. BBF 2017 [ 9th Borefts Beer Festival 2017 ] from the Brouwcafé de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As White Stork Raï Session IPA ].Unclear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, sweet hops, marmalade hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, marmalade hops, pale malt, sweet hops. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170923] 6-3-6-3-12

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks Max. Hazy pale yellow. Graininess, sulphury touch, lacto, tart, lemony, light-bodied. Decent and refreshing.

Summer 2017 in Sofia. Shared with lovely Anja and Our K&K Igor. Hazy amber, small off-white head. Moderately hoppy, tropical, passion fruit yoghurt. Light bitter, lightly sugary, fruity. Medium body, soft to moderate carbonation, abrupt finish. Very nice hops in the aroma, almost none in bitterness.

Summer 2017 in Sofia. Shared with lovely Anja and Our K&K Igor. Hazy golden, small white head. Fruity, tropical, passion fruit, herbs. Light bitter and fruity. Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, dry to very dry finish. Smooth texture. Has its good and bad sides.
