Description
White Stork is one of the first commercial breweries based in Bulgaria and is a gipsy brewery (a.k.a. Ghost/Pirate/Nomad/Contract Brewery what ever you say). So we don’t own our brewing equipment and we don't care. This enables us to make the best quality and variety of beers possible at the best selected breweries and be able to reinvent ourself & our beers continually. We believe in the alchemy of craft beer, so be ready to be surprised!

Summer 2017 in Sofia, shared with lovely Anja and Our K&K Igor. Black, minimal tan head. Chocolate and macchiato aroma, light marzipan, light roasty, some red fruit. Light dry and roasty, light tart. Watery, light to medium body, soft to moderate carbonation, light dry finish, tart from roasted malts. Nice and gentle stout.

Bottle @ home. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Smells hops, fresh, malty. Not overly much aroma. Tastse light, somewhat hoppy, sweet. Very basic but not at all unpleasant. Thin to medium body, nice carbo.

Copper colour with thin head. Aroma is intense with roasted, nutty notes. Flavour is similar but with a little cocoa sweetness too. Very flavoursome.

Bottle from 100 Beers, Sofia. Shared with lovely Anja and Our K&K Igor. Very pale yellow, small off-white head. Acidity, white wine, fruity and an odd taste resembling fish (?). Very sour and puckering and this fish again. Light body, refreshing, soft to medium carbonation, light fi(ni)sh. I like it very much, except for this odd aroma.

Bottle. Orange copper color. Aroma of vanilla, coffee beans, marsipan and caramel. Taste has coffee beans, toffee, caramel, vanilla, marshmallows, some chocolate and orange. Weird that it looks different, but still tastes like a stout. Nice tasty beer.
