Bottle. Clear gold sporting a decent white head. Aroma of grains, minerals, floral hops and a little bit of lemons. Taste of malts, bread, grains, minerals, straw and calcium. Sweet-ish finish. Low bitterness. Strong carbonation. I do enjoy a simple but proper Helles and this is a Helles alright but it suffers from being way too mineralic and rocky.

Tap at The Brewing Hand. Med-thin body, medium carbonation. Med-high bitterness, low sweetness, dry. Light bready maltiness, moderate zesty, piney, grassy, a bit earthy and dank hops character. Good but not great.

Tap at The Brewing Hand. A bit of DMS, and a bit soapy. But otherwise a very basic, neutral lager beer. Thin body, med-light carbonation. Med-light bitterness, low sweetness, quite dry. Very clean and a bit watery flavour though. Good, but not great. Refreshing.

Bottle at beer Academy, Athens Well. It's certainly a Barley wine, but not as cool as expected from Septem. Sticky mouthfeel, sweetish, boozy. Okay
