Description
Septem Microbrewery was founded by the chemist and oenologist Sophocles Panagiotou and the economist Georgios Panagiotou and began distributing its first batch of fresh unpasteurised beer in June of 2009.

Our mission is to provide our customers with fresh, high quality products by taking advantage of the wealth of aromas and flavours in malt and hops while searching for the diverse flavours they have to offer. Our vision is to become a premier Greek microbrewery whose products will be a point of reference for a distinctive quality beer, synonymous with gastronomic pleasure.

Słodowe, karmelowe, chmiele praktycznie niewyczuwalne. Barwa jasnozłota , przejrzyste, piana niska, lacing znikomy. Goryczka niska, karmelowa. Nic tu z pilsnera nie ma, jakby utlenione, piwo z terminem do 30.05.26, trzymane od początku w lodówce, w barwie nie ma wskazań aby coś się wydarzyło. W każdym razie jest przeciętne.

Appearance - jet black with a thin tan to fawn head.
Nose - wood, almond, wafers and milk chocolate.
Taste - Blackjacks and dry wood with general nuttiness.
Palate - medium to full bodied, dry finish.
Overall - good.

Bottle thanks to McCash. Pours dark brown to black with a thin beige head. Aromas of dark chocolate, light tar and spice. Taste is more of the same. Sweet finish.

Bottle thanks to McCash. Pours clear red brown with a thin beige head. Aromas of boozy toffee and cooked orange. Rate is gnarly fruit and spice. Warning finish.

Appearance - deep amber with a reddish hue.
Nose - wood, coconut, gorse and soft damson.
Taste - honey, wood, booze and sultanas.
Palate - full bodied, woody and dry.
Overall - a bit rugged but loads going on.

Hazy orange/amber pour with a lasting white head. Aromas of bread, biscuit, raisins, grapefruit, peach. Taste is bread, malt, yeast, grapefruit, herbs, pines. Nice bitter finish. Good one.

Appearance - deep golden with only the very slightest hint of a haze. White head.
Nose - honey and banana, bready too.
Taste - yep, big honey note dominates the banana bread.
Palate - medium bodied, creamy texture and nice taper on the finish.
Overall - good but don't respect adjunct addition.

Głównie słodowe w stylu zbożowym, dalej kwiatowe, ziołowe, finisz delikatnie owocowe. Barwa jasnozłota, piana redukuje się do krążka, lacing delikatny. Goryczka całkiem spora jak na lagera, ziołowa, przyjemna. Całkiem solidny, słodowy, trochę za ciężki choć po parametrach bym się nie spodziewał. Sabro gdzieś zniknęło.
