Yggdrasil Idun Hopped Cider Milky gold with a soft musty apple aroma. The taste is sweet waxy apple skins. I don’t get the hops but it’s a pleasant cider with distinct apple flavor and character.

Yggdrasil Vikinger Weizen Hopfenweizen 5% I didn’t realize this was a hopfenweizen so the murky orange color was a bit off putting. The rich wheat and slight cloves spice made it quite drinkable. Good.

cloudy purple pink color. Amazing slight tart nose with back drop of orange tangerines. Very clean lots of Blueberry low carbonation. Very dry. 3.5 love the nose but it falls off after that

clear golden color. Beautiful nose of ginger, oranges, wheat, slightly sweet. Delectable. Medium carbonation, smooth palate, light medium body. Rounded. Refreshing. Well balanced and highly enjoyable

light amber color. Nice hoppy nose of tangerines, grapefruit and I touch of mint. Medium body, nice crisp snappy bitterness, very clean, perhaps a touch too dry but still very enjoyable. Malt character doesn’t particularly shine but solid brew none the less

Nice stuff. Roasty aroma with some hoppy sharpness. Got the choc and the pine thing going on. Quite soft and easy drinking with a nice smooth finish.

Got that rice thing in the aroma. Not sure how to describe it but that kind of sake boozy thing. Taste is similar. Feels stronger than it is. Light bitterness. Interesting!
