On tap @ Brewda 2015, small sample. Hazy, golden blonde color. Aroma’s: moderate sour, wheat. Retronasal it’s moderate sour, light sweet, light smoke. Flavor is moderate sour, moderate sweet. Light bodied. Nice!

On tap @ Brewda 2015. 2nd batch (the 1st was brewed in the kitchen, at 7%). Black color. Beige head, not much. Aroma’s of leather, funk, roast. Brett-funk, light sour retronasal. Flavor is light to moderate sour, rye. Light bodied. Finish is rather dry, light bitter. I liked the 1st batch better....

Black with no head. Aroma has fruity chilli and sour yeast. Flavour has a warming chilli heat. The funky yeast taste stays in the background.

Draft sample @ Oersoep Bierfest 2015, Nijmegen. Brune foncée, col beige fin. Arôme offre un profil tirant sur un léger fruité noir, le tout sur qcq effluves de piments, retrouve une impression rappelant presque la Tequila ou le café au relent fin suret. Palais met plus en avant le côté épicé, ce dernier reste cependant en retrait de ce que d’autres bières usant de piments offre au niveau chaleur. Le profil piment-épicé reste réchauffant, pour un palais sec et terreux avec une petite touche de levure sauvage, malt léger chocolaté, cara pâle.

Draft sample @ Oersoep Bierfest 2015, Nijmegen. Dorée légèrement trouble, pas de col. Arôme offre un fin bouquet s’apparentant à la pêche, le tout étant légèrement suret en rétro. Palais est sec, pointe de fumé? voire un profil léger au niveau fruité. Effervescence reste moyenne voire haute avec un fini sec dont les bulles ajoutent à cette sensation. Un peu raté pour une grodziskie surtout en comparaison avec le renouveau du style côté polonais.

Draft sample @ Oersoep Bierfest 2015, Nijmegen. Orangée trouble, col fin blanc-cassé Arôme au bouquet un peu légume, fruité avec un bouquet fruité type C. Palais est légèrement épicé, pointe de seigle? agrumes, houblonné dans un style Cascade. Le palais reste épais sur un profil grains dominant, le tout est légèrement collant aux lèvres.

Sampled draft @ Oersoep Craft Beer Festival 2015. Black, small mocha / coffee head. Nose is nice chili with some lightly sour coffee grains & roated malts. Taste is coffee, chocolate, lightly herbal, charred malts & long big chili finish and taste in a good way… Thick sludgy coffee. Greet use of chili. Very nice.

Sampled draft @ Oersoep Craft Beer Festival 2015. Hazy deep orange, big white. Nose is big peach yoghurt, big fruit, yeast, light lemon. Taste is mineral, big sweetish peach yoghurt, sweetish yeast, mellow fruity but the yoghurt sweetness dominates. Yeasty & mineral body. Okay but very from being an IPA.

tap @Oersoep Craft Beer Festival 2015, bleek geel met kleine witte kraag. aroma van citrus, zoet, lichte mouten, perzik.
