From tap @Oersoep Craft Beer Festival 2015, pale yellow with a full frothy white head. aroma of smoked malts is very dominating. Black, beige head. Malty aroma, chocolate, light bell pepper. Malty flavour, chili heat, quite light but very pleasant. Spicy finish, cacao. Nice!

Bottle @ Van Moll Brewpub. Hazy milky pale yellow color, average sized white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, sour, orangepeel sour-bitter, lightly yeasty. Suitable body and carbonation.

Bottle @ De Opera, Nijmegen. A bit hazy yellow orange color, small white head. Smell and taste malts, a bit herbal and some spices (pepper I guess?) mixed with some grainy bitter. Weird saison, no wait, weird beer, ok saison since they’re weird most of the time I’d say.

On tap @ Arendsnest, with the Katjelam guys. Dark-brown color, cloudy. Dense off white head. Aroma’s: sour, cherries, marzipan. More sourness retronasal, light cherries, light sweet fruits, light brett. Flavor is moderate sour’n’sweet. Medium bodied (rather full actually, probably due to the rye). Finishes with sour fruit. Very nice!

On tap @ Arendsnest, with the Katjelam guys. Yellow blonde color, very cloudy. Dense white head with good retention. Aroma’s: sour, brett/funk, (sour) fruits. Retronasal it’s mild sourness, grainish light fruit, light brett. Flavor is moderate sour, sour fruits. Light bodied. Finishes with some grain, wheat, lightly sour. Refreshing.

Draft @ Brett Fest 2015. Hazy golden pour. Aroma of peach and tart. Taste has smooth peach, mild salt, horseblanket and wheat. Nice.
