Our 200 acres of luscious orchards have been farmed for over 8 generations. Chosen for growth and taste profiles, eight cider apple varieties are grown.
With full control from ‘Pip to Pint’, we grow, pick and press on site; blending with precision to create our international award-winning ciders. Our production cycle is completed within 5 miles of our farm. Waste pomace is used to produce green energy and supply us with CO2 to create our sparkling ciders and we package our drinks at our sister company, Marches Bottling & Packaging in Bromyard.

Draft at Taps Beer Bar, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a thin whispy white head. The aroma is not surprisingly sweet apple, with a moderate sweet apple flavour. Light acid notes in the palate. Light bodied with average carbonation. Fine as a one off but a little sweet and not something that you will drink a lot of.Earlier Rating: 6/28/2016 Total Score: 3Draft at Taps Beer Bar, Changkat. 14/10/16 at PoW Beer Fest, Farnbrough. Initital confusion as incorrectly labelled as being produced by ’Abrahams’. Funky pear aroma, not great. Light gold. Slight frothy head. Tempered sweetness. Smooth, with sediments. Pear skin. Drinkable but not a stand out.

Box @ Black Bull Inn, Bangor. Golden-blonde cider. Smooth tasting, with a better stated apple in its taste than you get from its nose, but it’s pretty good in both. There’s a dryness too which comes to the fore in its aftertaste.

From a polypin at the Nailsea and Backwell beer and cider festival, 16/7/2016. Blushed gold in colour and hazy with a touch of carbonation. Pleasant medium cider, with some juicy fruit, touch of oakiness and a lingering semi-bittersweet finish. Good.
