Bière pression bue à Venise. Robe rousse, peu de mousse. Nez sur le caramel. En bouche petite amertume sympa, notes de réglisse, une bière très sympa et pour l'instant mon italienne favorite (cela dit, je suis à Venise depuis précisément 6h et 23 minutes ;)).

Butelka. Klarowne, słomkowe, z obfitą średniopęcherzykową pianą. W aromacie słodowe, w smaku również. Nieznaczne ilości ziołowo-ziemistych aromatów chmielu. Goryczka średnio-niska, tępa, trochę łodygowa. Wysokie wysycenie. Ot, koncerniak, poza tym na pewno nie w stylu.

Tap sample at Roma Beer Company. Hazy golden yellow colour, white head. Aroma of wheat, coriander seed, typical Wit but also slightly off. Flavour is creamy, light buttery, wheat, coriander seed, soft lemon, soft bitterness. Light bodied. Decent but certainly not great.

bottiglia 50 cl, bel cappello di schiuma bianca fine media persistenza, colore giallo smorto velato, al naso promette bene cereali agrumi limone chiodi di garofano intenso banana, in bocca un po’ delude scorza d’arancio chiodi di garofano coriandolo, carbonatazione decisa, corpo scarno, watery, amaro leggero, secca nel finale. Non è male ma manca un po’ di corpo 11.01.19

Bottle at home in garden, bought is Puglia, 5th July 18. Pours an orange colour, looks good. Aroma is yeast, citrus. Taste is sweet, yeasty, citrus, a little caramel. Quite nice.

Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la costanza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma non è molto persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il piano sottostante si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è medio. L'intensità gustativa è normale. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Al palato arrivano note di cereali e lievemente di metallo.

Bottle at home with Dad, 7th May 2018. Pours light straw. Aroma is yeast, pepper. Taste is spice, ginger, chilli, quite prevalent, bitter, warning from the chilli OK.
