Rather gaudy swingtop bottle, they seem to be proud of their three European beer star wins. Pors red with low carbonation and a nice off-white lacing head. Nutty smoke aroma. Mellow mouthfeel, low on carbonation, but the bottle was losing pressure before I opened it it seems. chewy. Roasted entry, elegant smokyness layers on top, bacon, some umami in the back of the throat, strangely enough I keep thinking about boiled eggs. Light beechwood note stays on the palate. Not bad at all.

Bottle @ Papsø-Grand-Tasting, September 2010. Pours cloudy golden with a small white head and lacings. Grain, hay and corn. Medium to thin palate. Bland.
