La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al palato finiscono caratteristiche di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, agrumi, arancia e frutta passita.

500 ml draft at Harder Kulm, Interlaken, Switzerland. Crystal clear gold color with a white head. Lots of streaming carbonation. Good lacing. Pretty standard lager aroma. Tastes like a basic pale lager with some light bitterness in the finish. Smooth and clean. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Low bitterness.

tasted as Felsenau Schümli alkoholfrei; clear golden colour, moderate sized dense snow-white nead; aroma of malty-corny, some herbal hoppy and metallic notes; taste is quite hoppy-metallic bittery with some bread crust; quite ok considering that it is a NA beer
