Couleur acajou, bol fin blanc-cassé restant sur les rebords du verre.
Arôme sur de fins effluves fruités en dominance avec un léger nez de pomme, le tout est bien floral et printanier presque champêtre. En retrait, je note un apport léger des cerises et plus discret du raisin.
Palais sur un caractère plaisant de pommes indiquant tout de même la base cidre pour ce côté sec acerbe de la pomme. Le tout est repris par l'ajout de fruits dont des cerises aigres et du raisin. Retrouve un volet chair de pommes/purée qui offre une épaisseur en bouche. Le tout est léger et le fruité des deux autres fruits se note en fin de bouche - le côté funk est là mais ne devient jamais surfait, ce qui est un plus. Le tout est délicat mais de là à vouloir payer quasi 20 voire 25€ pour ce genre de bouteille, je passe mon tour.

BB 15.07.2031. amber hazy color, small white head. smells grassy, funky, earthy, herbal, flowery, lemon verbena, nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes herbal, earthy, grassy, hay, flowery, some citrus, wood, oak, light horse radish, bit peppery. finishes dry and medium bitter with notes of hay, flowers and citric notes. very nice one, great balance, loved the bitter notes on this one.

Tap @Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fa in Rome-Italy. Cloudy golden, frothy white cap. Nose: spicy, citric, bergamot. Mouth: hoppy crispy and spicy with a sourish peppery end.

Süffiger, fein säuerlicher Beginn. Salzig, etwas nach weißen Trauben, weiche Karbonisierung. Weich säuerlicher Abgang - nett! 9/10/11/10/10/11

Säuerlicher, eher trockener Beginn, mittelstark nach Johannisbeeren. Konstante Aromatik, etwas monoton, mittellanger Abgang. 10/9/8/8/9/8

Saurer Beginn von Apfel, wenig Honig, Johannisbeere ist nur hintergründig erkennbar. Spritzig, die Säure bleibt intensiv, das Getränk süffig, weich, etwas trocken, langer Nachhall. Interessant! 9/10/11/10/9/10

BB 15.02.2024. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells funky, earthy, oak, grassy, herbs. very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes herbs, grassy, citric, earthy, lime, peppery, rosemary, bit leathery. finishes lightly dry and lightly bitter with notes of herbs, rosemary and peppery notes. good stuff, nice balance, good complexity.

En kjapp rundtur til noen av mine favorittsteder første kvelden i København etter fire år, og nå er jeg på Fermentoren: lett uklar gylden med ok skum. Citrusfrisk med høy/stall, overmoden aprikos og papaya. Saftig avslutning. Smaker bedre enn den lukter, ettersom jeg ikke liker lukten av grønn te.
