16oz (thx, Ryan!) @ Alex's garage. Appearance: murky blonde with a white head. Aroma: juicy, some tropical fruits and flowers. Taste: along the same lines, kinda dusty, bitter, some flowery notes. Overall: ok

Poured from 473mL can. Hazy gold with full white head. Lots of dank tangy hops on the nose, still a good (but slightly more subdued) expression on the taste. Very nice.

473mL can, pours an opaque pale golden with a large white head. Aroma has tons of Nelson — damn, that's a lot of white wine tang. Flavour has both tons of dank hops, white wine hop tang, citrus, allium, and barely any starchiness/chalkiness. Damn, that's some fine use of Nelson and Citra in a hazy; there's actually lots of hop expression, hop bitterness, and dankness. Not that juicy, which I'm fine with, just very tangy and dank. Okay, this is excellent. As the world's #1 hazy hater, that should mean something.

Pale and cloudy, with light bitterness. It's a bit yeasty, I mean it's okay for a hazy.

473mL can, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of grassy hops, crisp biscuity malt, and a bit of odd herbal character. Flavour is vibrant, clean and reasonably hoppy, with plenty of bitter, grassy hops and crisp biscuity malt. Quite simple, but has a nice lingering bitterness. It's fine.

8oz pour at The Magnet. Pours opaque yellow with white head. Aroma has some oily dankness and citric tropical fruit. Flavour has peach, smooth white wine, some dankness. Very juicy, only a little bit of chalk. If more hazies were like this I'd be less jaded.

Poured from 473mL can. Opaque yellow with white head. Lots of gas fumes (no mosaic?), tropical tang, hint of citrus, and a fair bit of chalky yeast. Minus the chalky yeast, this is decent, but it's verging on yeast soup unfortunately. Will take Juicy AF or especially Still Alive over this.

Poured from 473mL can. Clear dull yellow gold with small white head. Mild tropical and tangy hops that shine through, clean and well integrated.

Creamy, opaque, alcohol in the finish, some papaya but more hop burn, it’s okay but doesn’t really land for me.

Opaque, thin head. Some hop burn, indistinct hop character and basic malts. This may well be true to the Boombox ethos but it’s not the brightness nor balance I seek in an IPA
