On tap at Slow Hand, pours a mostly clear bright blonde with a small white head. Aroma has moderate dankness, lots of oils, some sweatiness, and a touch of pine needles. Flavour is more vibrant, with lots of citrus hops, grapefruit rind, some pine needles that gives a bit of spiciness, and a crisp biscuity malt base. Piney, spicy, bitter finish in good balance. Very nicely done — do more of these and fewer (or none) of the hazies please!

Opaque and pale. Medium head. The aroma is big, vinous, lots of nelson. Moderate bitterness, malts are thin but enough, because there’s a lot of juicy nelson here…getting pear, peach, white wine. Solid.

Cloudy blond colour with large head. Nice hop aroma, with a touch of dank hops. Good malty base, soft and juicy, moderately sweet, with minimal starch; excellent hopping, with tropical and dank accents. Very good.

Pale blond colour, hazy, with compact head. Dry, lean, soft mouthfeel; not crispy, not really bitter. Mild beer; I guess this is what North Americans think a lager should be; well, no flaws, it's better than mass produced North American lager, but that's not enough to be great.

Cloudy blond colour. Fruity aroma, tropical. Good body strength, the mouthfeel is off-dry, wheath-y base, very little starch, anonymous malt base, followed by plenty of tropical hops; respectable bitterness too, slight hopburn. Good, but it doesn't really come together how I hoped.

16oz (thx, Ryan!) @ Alex's garage. Appearance: almost clear blonde with a white head. Aroma: some unusual flowery candy notes (coming from the rice), crispy, a bit malty. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: nothing special.

Poured from 473mL can. Hazy gold with full white head. Lots of dank tangy hops on the nose, still a good (but slightly more subdued) expression on the taste. Very nice.

473mL can, pours an opaque pale golden with a large white head. Aroma has tons of Nelson — damn, that's a lot of white wine tang. Flavour has both tons of dank hops, white wine hop tang, citrus, allium, and barely any starchiness/chalkiness. Damn, that's some fine use of Nelson and Citra in a hazy; there's actually lots of hop expression, hop bitterness, and dankness. Not that juicy, which I'm fine with, just very tangy and dank. Okay, this is excellent. As the world's #1 hazy hater, that should mean something.
