About
Brasserie {C} is a microbrewery born on March 1st, 2012 in the heart of the city of Liège. Active in the production of high quality craft beers, Brasserie C has developed the famous Curtius and sells them. The {C} Brewery also aims to launch new beers to explore the range of flavors of the brewing world. In December 2014, Brasserie C developed a stout, the Black {C}, a winter beer. And in May 2018, the Smash {C} arrives, a generously hopped beer brewed from a single malt and a single hop.

Clear yellow blond beer, creamy white head, stable, a bit adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: soapy, a bit floral, metallic touch, grassy, lots of marijuana, grassy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very oxidized, bitter, citrus notes, a bit grassy, watery touch, grassy, decent. Aftertaste: soapy bitterness, a bit floral, sweet touch, a bit spicy, way too sweet actually.

Clear orange blond beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: quite some citrus, decent, hoppy, a bit grassy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of citrus, grapefruit, gentle bitterness, some tropical fruits, decent. Aftertaste: some orange peel, grapefruit, gentle bitterness, more tropical fruits, not bad at all!

Clear orange beer, practically no head, unstable, dissipates immediately. Aroma: some cinnamon indeed, sweet impression, alcohol noticeable, ripe banana. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a little sweet, cinnamon, some caramel notes, yeasty, a bit sourish. Aftertaste: more cinnamon, a bit sugary, sourish touch, malty finish.

On tap at the 14th Brugs Bier Festival, Brugge, Belgium. A golden/orange coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, quite bitter.
