Bottle in MCR. Gusher. It pours hazy amber with a thick, bubbly white head. The aroma is brown bread, fruit cane, earthy, cardboard and some tanginess. The taste is dry, bitter, earth, brown bread, leather, dried leaves, spicy, soapy, tannin and fruit cake with a drying finish. Medium body and high, foamy carbonation. Airy and crazy drying. Not great.

Bottle shared post IMBC - picked up in Sofia. Mild gusher. Pours hazy amber-brown with a moderate, foamy off-white head. Lots of toasted, almost charred grains, earth, leathery berries. Light bodied with lively, massaging carbonation. Finishes with earthy bitterness, more leathery berries, toasted grains. Not bad.

1/8/2018. Bottle courtesy of trade with ciocanelu, cheers! 5.3% abv. Pours dark amber with a lasting foamy off-white head. Aroma of hops, pine, fruit, caramel and a hint of nut. Light sweetness, medium plus bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, average carbonation. Bittersweet finish. Not bad.

Bottle drank in the hotel in Sofia - sourced at 100 Beers. Pours mostly clear orange-gold with a frothy, white head. Medium sweet flavour with some citric tang, more pale bread, low bitterness, some pale grains. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with yet more tangerine tang, mild rindy bitterness, grainy pale malts. Not bad overall.

BOTTLE 33 CL from Berero. Really dull amber, soapy white head. The aroma is as weird as can be - smells like a not very acid variety of bor? acru that is sometimes sold flavoured with thyme, some generic red berry sweetness behind it. Tastes just as weird, light berry sweetness with a rather unconventional bitterness that must have come from the herbs. Light to medium body, low carbonation. As experimental as can be, yet somehow pleasant.
