# 1578. Caramel, spices, chocolate in aroma; light brown body with beige head. Caramel, ash, cherry plum in taste. Interesting, harder ale. 0,3 l bottle, shop with bulgarian food, Prague.

Opaque dark brown, huge beige creamy head. Restrained roast in the aroma, husky cereals, grassy green pepper, not so much chilli. The taste has a little bit of dark sugar and chocolate sweetness, followed by a robust dry and spicy bitterness, a touch of chilli pepper heat and... some chocolate still lingering on. Smooth creamy mouthfeel, rich body. Very solid.

Sampled at THT March. Hazy golden with white head. Lots of thyme, sweet malts, green tea, more thyme, pineapple Le malts, soft dough. Medium sweet and bitter. Just medium bodied. For thyme lovers.

Bottle shared at THT March ‘19. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of thyme, lemon, floral notes, big green herbal weirdness and malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Bottle. Pours cloudy brown. Aroma is peppermint tee, throat cleaning candy. Body is medium, lots of mint again, tealike, lively carbonation, softly sweet but mostly bitter. A bit thinnish. Quite good though.

12oz bottle I grabbed in Sofia, pours a clear gold with no head, light legs. Nose has apple juice, mild spice, some apple core. Flavor is juicy, lightly tart, oily, green apples. Tart and oily finish.
