Draft. A black beer with a lazing dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, and maple syrup. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, lactose, maple syrup, and chocolate, leading to a dry, but sweet finish.

Keg at the Weather Station, Reading. Pinky red with a pink-tinged white head. Tastes a bit like gone off cherryade at first. If it's actually possible for cherryade to go off. Definitely sweeter than it is sour though. Improves with some woodiness in the finish but definitely has the feel of being a beer for people who don't like beer about it.

Keg at the Weather Station, Reading. Hazy dark gold. Elderflower cordial with sourish hints. Not very sour though. There's something a bit deeper here, maybe orange, maybe grapes too, can't quite get a handle on it. But mainly tart elderflower cordial. Quite like it though.

Cask at the Weather Station, Reading. Chestnut with a loose beige head and a nice frothy mouthfeel - great condition. Malty with a bit of strawberry up front. A bit of dust and toffee. Growing oak and vanilla. Like the woodiness. Really good actually. Yeah, I really like this, thanks Mark for sharing.
