Description
Brewed in Silchester and drawing inspiration from new world hops, Germany’s malts and beer styles from across the globe, we vow to make your drinking experience as enjoyable as our brewing.
The Brewery was taken over in early 2022. The new owner then bought Boss Brewing Company in Swansea. Boss went into liquidation, but restarted, and in 2023 Wild Weather closed the Silchester site and relocated to join Boss in Swansea.

Clear amber colour. Not much condition. Ugh not for me. On the SilkTork Southampton through the looking glass tour. Terrible. Undrinkable. Some citrus flavour but mouthfeel and swallow are all over the place.

On keg at the Ale House, Chelmsford. Pours almost black with virtually no head. Aroma of milky chocolate, and roasted malt. Sweet, very light roasted bitterness. Full bodied with a slick texture. Good milk chocolate sweet stout, though sweetness becomes a little overpowering (drinking a full pint) towards the end.
