About
Young Master Brewery was born out of a desire to brew distinctive, world-class beers locally for Hong Kong. With this project, our goal is to revive the craft brewing tradition in Hong Kong and bring the local drinking experience up a notch. Our beers are brewed fresh with the highest quality ingredients. We insist on preserving everything that’s good and natural about freshly brewed beer. To this end, we do not filter, pasteurize, or add artificial stabilizers or chemicals to our products simply to extend their shelf-life. We also use naturally produced carbon dioxide during fermentation and do not artificially carbonate. Our beer will be the freshest you can find in Hong Kong with the least distance traveled from grain to your glass.

Craft Beer Junction bottle share, thanks to Tips. Almost clear amber beer, small cream colour head. Very soft and airy palate, mildly dry, modest fine carbonation. Fluffy malts. Very cream and caramel. Flirting with diacetyl. Modest ripe fruits. Light finish. Not too bad.

Bottle shared at craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks. A light hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a halo of loose white head. Aroma is woody, pear, lacto, creamy, vanilla, green tea, sour milk. Flavour is composed of semi sweet semi sweet, tangy, sour milk, peachy funk, pithy, lemon verbena. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, pithy, prickly mellow carbonation.

Bottle share at CBJ. Thanks to Tips. Almost clear pale yellow beer, small bubbly white head. Light and fairly dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Tart lemon, getting acetic but nicely offset by a floral sweetness. A little sherbet and bright generic fruits. Light dry finish. Nice.
