(Cask at Cask P&K, Pimlico, London, 19 April 2012) Golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, hoppy nose with citrus, peaches, grass and fresh hops. Malty, fruity taste with notes of citrus, biscuity malt, tropical fruit and fresh hops in a finish with a refreshing bitterness. Light body, with a touch of sweetness. Refreshing and highly drinkable. Nice one.

Cask at the Wandsworth Common Spring BF, London. Pours light orange-amber with a soft, bubbly white head. Toasty malt aroma with some grain and ripe fruits. Light sweet flavor with toasty dough, light leaves, light corn, light hay. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Mildly sweet to finish with faint, toasty bread, modest caramel, some mild leafy bitterness and hints of fruit. OK. Easy to drink.

On tap at the CP&K.Clear gold beer, little off white head. Light palate, a little dry and mildly crisp. Whisper of sulphur is an immediate off put! Neutral malt with mild minerals. A little citrus hops towards the mildly crisp finish. Would have passed muster without the bad eggs.2.7.

Bottle. Hazy gold - amber beer, tidy white head. Crispy palate, turning softer. Minerally light pale malt. Mild hops - fresh orange and a touch of tangerine. Crispy finish. Decent, but could do with a stronger hop presence.

Gravity cask at the Wandsworth Common BF, London. Pours clear gold with a faint, white film. Nice nose of orange citrus and straw. Quite enticing, actually. Light sweet flavor, some toasty straw bitters and orange zest. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Light sweetness to finish, with faint pine, citrus zest and straw. A very solid light golden ale.

Cask at Wandsworth Beer Festival, March 2012. It pours hazy amber, with a thin white head. The nose is floral, grass, grapefruit, dust, wood, leather and a touch of sulphur. The taste is pine, resin, grass, floral, citrus pith, zest, wood and spice, with a bitter-dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. A promising start for this new brewery.

Cask at Mason & Taylor, London. Pours clear, dark gold with a fine, white foam head. Light pine, grass and toast in the aroma. Light sweet flavor, some tangy lemon and orange, toasty grass. Light in body with fine carbonation. Faint hoppy spiciness to finish with more lightly toasted grass. Not bad overall, though better conditioning probably would have helped the beer.
