Draft at Drafting Table. Pours a clearish straw color with a finger of white foam. Dank citrus and pineapple aromas on the nose. Palate has more grain and peach notes. Slight grain on the finish with lingering fruit. A very new-world kind of kolsch, but still a fun beer.

Medium carbonation and fairly full body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready, fairly sticky/resinous/rindy, and lightly slight mouthfeel that is great. Mild increasing warmth of 10.5%, with minimal lingering booze after the finish. Overall this is an awesome English barleywine. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity yeast, citrus/fruity/earthy hops, and dark/bready malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to sip on for the big ABV, with the modestly bitter/drying finish, not aggressive. Awesome balance between fruity English yeast, citrus/fruity/earthy American hops, and rich dark/bready English malt complexity. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. Feels like a hybrid of American/English styles with the hop presence. A really enjoyable offering, and impressive style example as expected. Got better as it warmed.

Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering tartness, tangy fruit, and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and fairly acidic/tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is an outstanding fruited Berliner weisse. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of raspberries, fruity/acidic yeast, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink with the mellowly acidic/tangy/drying finish, not overly lactic. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Perfectly balanced between nicely jammy raspberries, Lacto complexity, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. A highly enjoyable offering, and impressive spot on style example.

Feels like Columbus, Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe. Extremely vibrant, juicy, dank, and earthy balanced hop complexity; with a great balancing bready malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness from crisp resin dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and impressive style example.
