Draft at DT. Pours a deep brown with a finger of beige head that dissipates. Lovely coconut aromas with both dark and milk chocolate notes. Oaky bourbon as it warms up. More of the same on the palate with the coconut and milk chocolate swirling together and bourbon note on the finish.

Draft at Drafting Table. Pours a clear straw gold with a finger of white foam that lingers, then dissipates. Pine and white grapefruit on the nose with some citrus zest as it warms up. Dry on the palate with light crisp pilsner malt notes and a bright, dry finish.

Draft at Drafting Table. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of white foam that lingers. Aromas of lime, papaya, starfruit and grapefruit zest. More of the same on the palate with a nice piney, pithy bitterness and a dry finish.

Draft at Drafting Table. Pours a clear gold with a finger of white head that lingers. Light spicy Saaz on the nose with light, biscuity malt. Balanced, with a light herbal, peppery hop not on the finish with biscuit/crackery malt. Highly drinkable.

16 oz can, dated 03/14/2023. A yellow pour with a moderate haze and a white head. Bright citrusy aroma. Nice juicy citrus flavor of orange and grapefruit, herbal hops, and even a bit of bitterness. Pretty good stuff.

Orange-brown, slightly hazy body, thick puffy cream head. Aroma sweet with caramel, brown sugar, fruit leather, and a hint of circus peanuts. Body nutty and cerealy with brown sugar and secondary notes of raisin and fruit leather. A solid example of a grossly underappreciated style.

Hazy medium orange-brown body, thick puffy cream head. Aroma tangy, tropical, with notes of passionfruit, papaya, and sour orange. Body is more mineraly-rindy with orange peel, papaya skin, berries, bubblegum, and a touch of passionfruit. Firm herbal grassy roughage throughout; well-balanced, crisp, and creamy. Not exactly bursting with flavor but this hits the mark for me.

Hazy, cloudy pineapple yellow-orange body, medium yellow-cream head. Aroma tropical, mostly mango and papaya; also grapeskin. Body creamy and fruity, again mango and papaya, with hints of mint and a little bit of rindy spiciness.

Sampled from that tap at the brewery. Pours black with a light brown head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of bourbon and bitter roast with marshmallow, vanilla and dark grain supporting. Flavor has a note of marshmallow and bourbon with bitter dark grains, roast and some vanilla in the finish.
