Thanks to the RB crew for sharing! Sampled draft @ BXLBeerFest 2018! Clear pale golden. Dirty funky Sulphur cider, UK style very Sulphur cider funky. Okay Sulphur, lingering plastic, plastic UK style dirty cider, very dry, too much for me.

Clear pale yellowish to greenish cider, no head. Aroma: lots and lots of apple juice, sweetish, some apple skin, Calvados. MF: no carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of sour apples, nice stuff, bit acidic, apple skin, bitter touch, some tannins. Aftertaste: dry, bit sour, apple skin, sourish, nice one!

Tap at BXL festival. Clear light pale straw with barely any head. Sweet apple, lots of farmyard stuff, light pear, green apples, light woody, soft green herbs, light alcohol. Light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with medium dry finish.

A lightly hazed golden cider with aroma of tart apples, light Brett, light grapeskins, musty notes,, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple juice with light tartness, light Epsom salts, light Brett, light grapeskins, very nice and complex. On tap at L'isle de Garde.

Bouteille 750ml. Couleur jaune paille voilée, absence de mousse. Arôme de pomme acide, pelure de pomme, boisé, miel, levure sauvage. Goût de pomme, acidité moyenne-faible, boisé, légèrement sauvage, légère amertume. Carbonatation élevée, corps moyen-faible.
