Poured from 500mL bottle (expired 14.03.2014). Mahogany brown with beige head. Aroma of strong caramel, mild nuts and bread. Same flavour, but a bit light bodied and lacks finish.

Ein Bier, das ich in einer Markthalle in Berlin gekauft habe. Geschmacklich hätte ich es wohl nicht nach Norddeutschland gegeben, es errinnert stark an manch bayrisches Kellerbier. Es hat einen hefig-herben Kern und nur sehr leichte Hopfenansätze. Es liegt aber gut im Mund und lässt sich angenehm trinken. Nicht perfekt, aber durchaus gut.

500 mml bottle tasted on 10/08/2014. Hazy yellow colour with a medium white head. Aroma is sweet and citrus. Taste and palate are very light and waterly. It has no intensity, no heart, no soul. Next one please!

20cl on tap at Berliner bierfestiva (as "Pils")l. Clear golden with a small white head. Usual pilsner aroma with mild malty and grain notes, hints of fruits and grassy hops. Moderate sweet with some bitterness. Refreshing enough. (2014-08-02)

Bottle, Danke Mara & Arne! Cloudy amber, low eggshell cream. Craramel, melonoidin nose. Fruit/berry entry, sweet caramel, light herbal hops burried beneath, a hint salt. Slightly sticky full body, light sparkly mouthfeel. A bit muddled and not really a Dunkel I would say.

Bottle, Danke Mara & Arne! Cloudy orange, eggshell cream. Light fruity, minerally aroma, a hint sulphur. Light tropical fruit, leafy greens, a pinch salt. Medium body, frothy mouthfeel. Feel a tad underattenuated, feels more like a wheat ale than a Kellerbier. Fresh and pleasant otherwise.

Bottle. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Some fruity esters. banana. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. A bit more bitter than normal hefe.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, banana, wheat malt and hops. Smooth and full bodied.

Lys gul og uklar i fargen. Lavt skum som raskt forsvinner. Lukter gjær, syrlig og noe sitron. Sitron og syrligheten kommer vel fram i smaken. Ganske fuzzy. Minner om en sour lambic. Min første berliner weisse:-)
