26-11-19 // can shared by the brewers.Thanks guys! Quite low carbonation, soft mouthfeel. Good hop aromas, though i am not a big fan of Loral. Not the perfect balance. Good approach to a Neipa with potential to improve. Great move to use Toucan canning. More cans for the beer world in Germany! overall, would drink again.

Can thnx to the brewer ! Pours unclear, muddy blonde. Small white head with low average stability. Smell is a bomb of hops, very dank, green, onions, not as tropical as expected. Taste is full, rather raw in structure. Pale ale malts ( ?) , onion-y hops, not much profile from the typical NEIPA style yeast. Not as creamy as expected. Carbonation is nice and medium. Bitterness is very mild. Kinda bland somehow, since I do miss the fruityness and creamyness that make NEIPA's great.

Draft. A golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and hints of caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish.

From tap. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity. Solid hoppy. Peach to grapefruity. Sweet and fruity finish.

Dunkles aber wohl klares brau-rot, leichter fester Hauch Schaum Aroma: Malz, Karamell, dunkle Schokolade, Kaffee, alles aber nur dezent. Geschmack: Nussig, Karamell, dunkle Schokolade. Leicht rauchig. Etwas wässrig, aber ich empfinde den Stil immer wenig voll.

Einbar T-Rex Szechuan Grapefruit Double IPA, vom Faß am Stand der Berlin Beer Week auf dem Berliner Bierfestival 2019. Mit zugesetztem Szechuan-Pfeffer und Grapefruitschale gebraut. - Orangegelb, milchig trüb. - In Nase wie Antrunk dominiert eine süßlich-parfümierte Gewürznote, die weder nach Pampelmuse noch an Szechuanpfeffer (den ich gar nicht herausschmecke) erinnert, eher an Anis. Dicht hellmalzig, Bockbier-ähnlich, aber deutlich obergärig. Aromatisch zitrusfruchtig, herbe kandierte Orangenschale. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang elegante Grapefruitherbe. - Trotz des monströsen Namens ein feines, sämig malziges und frisch gehopftes IPA mit auf die Dauer doch zu penetranter Gewürz- und Pampelmusennote. (2.8.2019.)
